In this photograph two dusky dolphins rise out of a cold metallic-coloured sea at sunrise, synchronised in their breathing rhythms. I like the almost indescribable colour in the agitated ocean - is it blue or purple or steel grey? The pure curves of the dolphins' fins and backs contrast with the chaotic waves.
